| The
highest mountain on earth has several different names. To the westerners
it became Mt. Everest but to the sherpas and Tibetans it has always
been Qomolongma and the Nepalese Govt. recently named it Sagarmatha.
Sagarmatha national park established in 1976 covers much of the region.
This fascinating land surrounded by high mountains is a real paradise
for mountaineers and trekkers. We offer varied treks around Everest
region to Gokyo, kalapathar or Everest Base camp. |
